A particularly high score in the Resources category confirms the responsible management of materials and resources, and a very good result in the area of Resilience indicates the readiness of the building to respond to environmental and operational risks.

Good Health-Safety Rating

Mogilska 43 also has a WELL Health-Safety Rating, which confirms the implementation of procedures supporting the health and safety of building users. As part of the certification, 19 verified activities were implemented, including cleaning and disinfection procedures (including limiting contact with high-touch surfaces and advanced cleaning protocols), emergency preparedness (response and business continuity plan), user health support (including policy to encourage remote work in case of illness, vaccination promotion, dip-free environment) air and water quality management (systems control, Legionella risk management, moisture and mould reduction) and communication and education in the field of health.
